Overall the food was okay/fine.
The pho was good. I would order it again. Broth was flavorful & the slices of rare beef were decent (not too chewy).
The rolls were fine - the pork could use a marinade, would be more flavorful with mint leaves and the sauce could be improved. The sauce is mostly hoisin sauce, so its just a thick sweet sauce with a mild soy sauce flavor (its not for me at least). I ended up taking a bit of the sauce that came with it mix into a peanut sauce I made on the fly at home.
The pork belly bowl was the least desired of these dishes. It lacked balance - a lot of fats and lacking acidity. Every piece of pork was at least 50% or more fat - which is not preferred for us. But the upside is the marinade for this pork is really good - teriyaki with five spice seasoning. So in addition to the high pork fat content then there is mayo drizzle over the whole dish. It would help if it were served with pickled carrots & radish that are on a banh mi.
